A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates Bone Star Co., Ltd.

On July 7, 2014, the Defendant forged a registration number plate in the way of inserting the number of the iron plates on which the front number plate of the above van was attached at the parking lot of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul building in Seongbuk-gu Seoul. On October 30, 2014, the Defendant operated the said van without attaching the forged registration number plate in front of the KGIT center located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government World Cup 402.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the car number plate, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised a forged air defense.
