Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 19, 2014, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 22:54 on October 19, 2014; (b) around 6, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, C, with two drinking together with two drinking and singing; (c) the victim E, who is the said D business owner, has been working for 30 minutes; and (d) the Defendant, if he/she intends to extend it, he/she shall give a speech in advance.

The victim's business was obstructed by force for about 20 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as gathering of beer's disease on the table and gathering three beer's disease on the bottom of the calculation unit, gathering three beer's disease on the floor, shouldering, and taking a bath by gathering three beer's disease in the air conditioners adjacent to the calculation unit, as calculated, and preventing customers in the above D from entering the area.

2. In the time and place of the preceding paragraph, the injured Defendant got the victim F (e.g., 58 years of age) who was crypted, and got the victim F (e.g., 58 years of age) into two tights, thereby requiring treatment for about 14 days for the victim.
