1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from February 6, 2010 to January 8, 2016 and from the next day.

In full view of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff shall invest KRW 50,00,000, which is required to proceed with D and E on January 3, 2010 between the defendant and the defendant on the first floor of Cware, and entered into an investment contract with the defendant to pay the above amount of profit at the rate of 50,000,000 won after the completion of the event. On January 11, 2010, the plaintiff paid the defendant 50,000 won under the above contract.
