Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On May 20, 2017, at around 00:04, the Defendant: (a) reported the Victim F (31) intention to get a taxi in front of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu; and (b) assaulted the victim’s batch with his/her batch, and the victim’s hand bat at the time when he/she was waiting to get a taxi in front of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu; and (c) assaulted the victim’s batch with his/her hand.

B. On May 20, 2017, around 00:10, the Defendant: (a) at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) around May 20, 2017; and (b) at the Sung-nam Police Station G District H affiliated with the Sung-nam Police Station G District, which was dispatched upon receipt of a report of 112 on the same content as the foregoing paragraph, threatens the Defendant to ask the said F for the details of the report; and (c) threaten H to take the Defendant’s bath.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

2. 피고인 B 피고인은 제 1의 나 항 기재 일시ㆍ장소에서, 피고 인의 일행인 A가 제 1 항 기재와 같은 범죄사실로 성남 중원 경찰서 G 지구대 소속 경위 H, 순경 I에게 현행범인 체포 되자 이를 제지하면서 발로 I의 오른쪽 정강이를 1회 걷어차고, 이에 같은 지구대 소속 경사 J이 피고인을 공무집행 방해 혐의로 현행범인 체포하여 순찰차에 태우려고 하자 발로 J의 왼쪽 종아리 부위를 2회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the arrest of criminals.
