Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:42 on May 16, 2013, the Defendant was a person engaged in driving a new EFstststetian car, and, at around 16:42 on May 16, 2013, the Defendant continued to drive a two-lane road of the 184-lane in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Guro-gu, Seoul, at approximately 60km from the Gurost apartment to the Sirostan apartment, along one-lane.

Since there is an intersection where a signal is installed, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to report the traffic situation well to the driver of the vehicle, to accurately operate the steering direction and brake system, and to prevent the accident in advance by safely driving according to the traffic signal.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and even though the signal was changed to the stop signal, the Defendant was negligent in proceeding as it was, and instead, followed by the driver of the victim C (Nam, 44 years old) driving in front of the victim C(Systunasty, who is moving to the right side of the Defendant’s automobile, and received the building E, which was sent to the right side by the Defendant’s car and was sent to the front panioner.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the above occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the said C, such as light chlorates, etc. requiring three weeks of care, and inflicted injury on the victim FF (n, 43 years of age), such as salt of the Y, which requires two weeks of care, on the part of the victim G (n, 33 years of age), and inflicted on the victim H (n, 47 years of age) the injury of light floats, etc. requiring two weeks of care, and at the same time, damaged the E building owned by the victim I to the extent that the cost of repair, such as removal, is 28,50,000 won.
