Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:00 on April 7, 2014, the Defendant committed assault against the said victim, such as: (a) he was dissatisfied with the diagnosis and treatment of the victim D (the age of 28, South) who is the surgery outside of the said hospital; (b) was able to take a bath to the said victim; (c) was able to collect a computer monitor; and (d) was under treatment in the next diagnosis and treatment room; (b) was “Isson’s age of 51; and (c) was “Isson’s age of 51;” (d) was “Isson’s age of son’s age of her body; (e) was pushed into the wall of her body; and (e) was pushed into the wall of her mouth; and (e) the victim was able to take a bath to the said hospital; and (e) was spambling the flab.
