Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:30 on February 5, 2015, the Defendant reported that the victim D ( South Korea and 30 years of age) who served as a public health doctor at the above hospital was treated as a female-friendly E job offering and provided medical treatment to the victim, who is expected to have the doctor, etc., while taking care of the victim’s child-friendly E.

Therefore, the victim said that “Iskin in the clinic”, and the defendant said, “Iskin in the clinic”, and “Iskin sknicker.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties concerning patient treatment of the victim, who is a public health doctor through violence and intimidation.
