Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 2199] Around June 21, 2013, the Defendant purchased D horse-type vehicles from GM treatment C agency located in Ansan-si Group B, and borrowed KRW 26,400,000 from the victim Arith Capital Co., Ltd., and on the 24th of the same month, the Defendant registered the above vehicle as joint ownership of the Defendant and his spouse E, and created a mortgage on the above vehicle for the purpose of the victim as security for the above loan obligation.

On December 10, 2013, the Defendant borrowed KRW 2,00,000 from the said G company, at the G company located in Ansan-si 609, even if the secured debt of the said mortgage was not repaid in KRW 24,530,118, the Defendant obstructed the exercise of the victim’s security right by moving the possession of the said horse fri vehicle, which was the object of the mortgage owned by the victim, to the said G company and concealing it.
