On January 3, 2012, A was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and eight months for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Larceny) in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on January 3, 2012, and the execution of the said sentence was terminated on May 28,

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On June 5, 2013, with respect to the social loan company A&P from the victim E&P, the Defendants: (a) around the mountain station located in Ansan-si, 377-1; (b) around Jun. 5, 2013, the Defendants: (c) around Ansan-si, 377-1; (d) Defendant B demanded the Defendant to make the cell phone equipment in his/her own name available for self-certification in the course of the loan; and (e) Defendant A called the victim to the said cell phone to the social loan company E&P from the victim to the said mobile phone; and (e) filed an application for the loan as he/she was in his/her possession and sent a copy of the resident registration number in the said D’s name that he/she was in his/her custody to the victim; (b) the Defendants conspired the victim; and (c) obtained the delivery of KRW 3,000,000 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative account under the name of the Defendant B to the Defendant’s loan.

B. Paragraph (1) in the vicinity of the mountain station located in Ansan-si, the members of Ansan-si around 377-1, on June 21, 2013, in collusion with one fraud Defendants with respect to the victim sog Capital Co., Ltd.

A. (1) In the same manner as indicated in the above, the Defendants were informed of the victim Aju Capital Co., Ltd. and received KRW 4,400,000 from the victim’s No. D’s account used by Defendant B for a loan. (2) The Defendants in violation of the Resident Registration Act conspired to do so on a date, time, and place.
