A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 1991. 3. 10. 피해자 B(여, 46세)와 혼인한 이후, 경제적 무능, 가정불화 등으로 갈등을 겪다가 21년간의 결혼생활을 마감하고 2012. 6. 1. 협의이혼하였으나, 재결합에 대한 미련을 버리지 못하고 피해자 주변을 맴돌고 있는 사람이다.

1. Injury;

A.
