Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2016, from around 09:40 to 10:00 on the same day, the Defendant sought a scholarship delivery ceremony at a meeting of the D Daeyang-gu E office located in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-si, and obstructed the victim’s access control and management affairs by force by force by obstructing the victim’s use of the scholarship delivery ceremony for about 20 minutes, such as “the victim F, who is the managing director of the above E, “the chairman of the D Jong-gu, the head of the office, and the head of the office.”
