Punishment of the crime

On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) was a person operating a cafeteria and a restaurant in the name of “D” in the building located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; (b) around 15:50 on April 13, 2016, the victim E transferred all of the cafeterias, machinery, and meat owned by the Defendant, which were located in D; (c) around 15:50 on April 13, 2016.

1. The Defendant, at around April 13, 2016, attempted to move freezing meat stored in freezing vehicles to freezing storage, on the front parking lot of the “D” operated by the Defendant located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, on April 21, 2016, but the victim E is “this real estate is owned within the Republic of Korea.”

2.
