Defendant

A is the actual operator of the D Limited Partnership Company B located in the original state, and the defendant limited partnership company B is a company established for the purpose of production of aggregate.

Defendant A’s workplace waste discharger shall dispose of the wastes generated from his workplace by himself or by entrusting it to a person who has obtained a license for a waste disposal business, and the Defendant, despite the compliance with the standards and methods set forth in the relevant laws and regulations,

A. From the end of December 2007 to December 15, 2010, the inorganic sludge, which is a commercial waste, discharged while producing aggregate from a limited partnership company B, is buried in the area of 2,211 square meters among the land owned by Won-si E, F, G, H, H, I, J, and K;

B. From the end of December 2007 to the end of December 15, 2010, among the land owned by the foregoing M and N, the 6,612 square meters of aggregate produced from the limited partnership company B and disposed of the inorganic sludge, which is the commercial wastes, by reclaiming or storing them.

2. From July 23, 2010 to December 15, 2010, A, the actual operator of the Defendant Limited Partnership Company B, buried inorganic sludge as described in the Defendant’s business from July 23, 2010 to December 15, 201, and stored inorganic sludge as described in paragraph (b) with respect to the Defendant’s business from the end of December 2007 to December 15, 2010.
