Punishment of the crime

Around 10:55 on May 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was under investigation by the Macheon Police Station at the Macheon-dong 425, Gacheon-dong, and an economic 2 team office, when the Victim B (the age of 59) was under an investigation into the case in which the Defendant filed a criminal complaint against the Defendant, and (b) was under the victim’s desire to “Madern”, and the Defendant was under the victim’s assaulting the victim at one time by taking the victim’s head at his hand.
