A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to one million won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on June, 2015, due to a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 1, 2015.

In addition, on August 31, 2017, the defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) in the Daegu District Court Kim Jong-cheon, and is still pending in the appellate trial.

The Defendant operated a TRA car without mandatory insurance at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph 1.
