The defendant shall publicly announce the summary of the judgment against the defendant not guilty.

1. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) made a report on the “competing of the Msan Center and an assembly for succession to employment,” which was reported to the head of the Changwon Police Station to the head of the Changwon Police Station in advance; (b) decided on January 12:10, 2015, that the Defendant left the society of assemblies demanding the succession of the employment of dismissed workers due to the closure, rule, and closure of the business on the two-lanes in front of the D building in Sungwon-gu, Sungwon-si,

Meanwhile, the name of the assembly was stated in the assembly report as “Masan Center’s demand for cooperation and employment succession meeting,” “30 minutes at 7:0 on January 7, 2015 (15:00 after January 7) to 19:30 minutes at 7:0 on January 31, 2015; the place of the assembly was “E in front of and on January 31, 2015,” “one lane”; the organizer of the assembly was indicated as “G,” and the representative of the host organization,” respectively, as “G,” and the total of 40 persons, including the Defendant, reported as a person who maintains the order of the assembly (hereinafter “the instant report”).

Therefore, a person who maintains the order of an assembly or demonstration shall not engage in any act clearly deviating from the scope of the reported purpose, date, time, place, method, etc., and no person shall damage or fire a road, waterway, or bridge, or interfere with traffic by any other means.

Nevertheless, on January 21, 2015, from around 12:10 to around 13:00 to around 50 minutes, the Defendant: (a) deserted the participants present at the assembly meeting for the reason that there is a narrow location in society in the process of “E short demand and employment succession assembly” in which approximately 100 to 150 members of the Democratic Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Metal-gu Branch Office D were participating on the front road; and (b) induced the participants to leave the conference, which is the place of assembly reported to the participants present at the meeting, to leave the conference, “the front of E in the Sung-gu Special Metropolitan City, Sungwon-si, and one lane,” and induce the participants to leave all two lanes from the front to the two directions of D (hereinafter “instant lane”). The participants occupied all the above lanes and led the participants to run the assembly.
