A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Fraud;
A. On January 31, 2015, around 18:00, the Defendant was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 19,000 in total market value at the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in Jinju-si, as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the food cost to the victim, and as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the food cost, he was provided by the victim.
B. At around 14:00 on February 2, 2015, the Defendant was engaged in as if the Defendant would pay food to the victim without any intent or ability to pay the food cost, and was provided by the victim with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 16,00 in total from the tin.
C. On February 6, 2015, at the above E cafeteria around 19:30 on February 6, 2015, the Defendant was engaged in as if the Defendant would pay food to the victim with no intent or ability to pay the food, and was provided by the victim with food equivalent to KRW 5,00 in total from the tin.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to acquire 40,000 won in total.
2. At around 18:10 on February 9, 2015, the Defendant, at the above E-cafeteria operated by the victim D on February 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) took a bath that the victim would not be able to complete boom unless the victim would give her food in advance; (b) was able to boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom 30 minutes of the name in which she provided meals at that place
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.
3.
