Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2015, the Defendant stated that “A victim C, who acquired the nationality of the Republic of Korea from Vietnam in 2007, from the Kim Han-dong, from which he was unable to know the trade name in the new Dong-dong of Gwangju Mine on 2015, was to be married with D who was illegal staying in Vietnam in 2007, but it is difficult to enter into a marriage procedure because D was an illegal staying in Korea,” and “I would like to make documents related to international marriage in Korea, send D subsequent documents to Vietnam, and make them live together in Vietnam, and make them possible to enter Korea, and as soon as possible, it would be possible to enter into a marriage within five months at the latest, and as a result, there is a difference between KRW 10 million and KRW 5 million.”

However, the defendant did not have the ability to resolve the illegal stay of D, and even if he did not know about the affairs related to international marriage, he did not have the intention or ability to make the documents be married.

Nevertheless, by deceiving the victim as above, 5 million won was delivered from the victim under the same day starting.
