Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff A is a person who has sold secondhand parts of imported vehicles with the trade name of Plaintiff E, and Plaintiff B is the wife of Plaintiff A.
Defendant C became aware of the Plaintiff A through the Plaintiff’s female students, and Defendant D is the birth of Defendant C.
B. On March 17, 2011, Defendant C entered into a contract with the F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) and the Motor Vehicle Management Business (hereinafter “F”) located in He/she in Gyeonggi-do (all of factory facilities and machinery, offices, attached buildings, such as workplace, and land leased by F I from the Plaintiff) for the term of contract from March 17, 201 to August 31, 2017; the acquisition price of KRW 150 million; the acquisition price of KRW 50 million; the monthly rent of KRW 500,000; Defendant C and J (hereinafter “J”) as the director and the representative director; the power of attorney shall be limited to the operation of the scraping area at the time of the J (hereinafter “F scraping area”) and, in the absence of any separate contract extension, to restore the object thereof to the original state and to resign the representative director.
C. 1) On April 6, 2011, K with Defendant D’s agency: (a) a lease agreement for the lease deposit of KRW 20 million with respect to a building on land (main purpose is a house, stable) on L and Hanam-si, M, N,O, P, and one parcel other than M; (b) a lease agreement for the lease deposit of KRW 20 million from April 21, 201 to April 20, 201; and (c) a rent of KRW 2 million from April 201 to April 20, 2013 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
2) On July 20, 201, Defendant C obtained registration of automobile management business under Defendant D from the subordinate market on July 20, 201. On July 22, 201, the head of the tax office of Leecheon-cheon, the type of the automobile, the maintenance of the automobile parts of the automobile, and the wholesale and retail business of the automobile parts.
1) On July 27, 2012, Plaintiff A and the Ka Center located in Defendant C and 1, Hanam-si, M, and one parcel (hereinafter “ Qk Center”).
The transfer contract with respect to the transfer price of KRW 100 million, by May 4, 2013, and by 10% per annum for interest on the transfer price (hereinafter referred to as “transfer contract”).
