A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in business of exchanging tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

1. On September 20, 201, the Defendant of C Gameland: (a) registered a juvenile game industry in the name of the Gu Office of Busan in the name of D; (b) recruited to operate the game hall in the name of “C Gameland” from the 1st basement of Busan Jung-gu to exchange the result of the game with D and F, etc. on the trade name of “C Gameland”; and (c) from that time until February 17, 2012, the Defendant offered 45 boxes of “Spanish” game in the above C Gameland to an unspecified number of customers who found 45 boxes of “Spanish” games from the above C Gameland to February 17, 2012, provided them for the use by the said large number of unspecified customers, and exchanged 5,000 won in cash, after deducting 10% of commission from one book volume of 5,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, F, etc., exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water for business purposes.

2. On November 30, 201, G: (a) the Defendant registered the business of other source facilities in the name of H in Busan Central District Office; (b) recruited to operate a game forum with the trade name of “G” by exchanging the result of the game with the above H from the first floor of Busan Central District I to exchange the said H, etc. from the first floor of the Busan Central District I; and (c) installed 50 units, etc. of the “teclishing” game in the above G to February 20, 2012 and provided it for the use of the unspecified number of customers; (d) granted 10,000 won in cash from customers and 10,000 points to customers; and (e) obtained a request for the difference between KRW 10,000 and KRW 10,000 by exchanging the game points in cash from the customers; and (e) obtained a request for the difference between KRW 10,000 in the fee and KRW 10,000.
