A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2014, around 00:40, the Defendant reported to 112, at the house of the former wife located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to drink with the former wife.

At around 00:55 on the same day, the Defendant assaulted police officers and arrested them as flagrant offenders at the Seoul Seongdong-gu Police Station D District District Unit in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seoul, and used the ebbbbial bats.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reports and maintenance of order by police officers.
