1. (a) On September 26, 2013, G was diagnosed by the H Hospital “H hospital” (a specialized operation hospital, such as human mission, spine, etc.; hereinafter “instant hospital”); (b) under the diagnosis of the head of the instant hospital, the wife of the deceased, the Plaintiff (a child of the deceased) and the deceased were diagnosed by the head of the instant hospital, and the head of the instant hospital, the head of the instant hospital, and the Defendant EF, the user of the instant anesthesia was in charge of the instant surgery, and the Plaintiff was in charge of the instant anesthesia surgery, and the Defendant EF, the head of the instant hospital, and the Plaintiff was in charge of the instant anesthesia surgery.
