Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From August 21, 2013, the Party status C (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on October 20, 2013 when receiving surgery and hospitalized treatment at the Defendant Hospital from around August 21, 2013. The Plaintiff is the deceased’s spouse.
B. On August 21, 2013, the Deceased was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital’s department outside of the hospital on the ground of the right knee and luxa, and on August 22, 2013, the Deceased was under preservation treatment following the above procedure.
