Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

On February 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 700,00 to B under the name of the purchase price of a penphone; (b) around 07:11 on the same day, the Defendant deposited KRW 700,000,00 from the D Bank E Point located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the bank account in the name of G (H) designated from the seller of a penphone to deposit the penphone from F; and (c) around 08:00 on the same day, the Defendant and B moved to the vicinity of the address of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Student-dong, which was designated by the seller of a penphone, while waiting for the Defendant at the vehicle, and (d) collected approximately 1g (g) on a pen, which was concealed as a transparent plastic bag before the second floor of the Rabol.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to purchase philophones.
