[Criminal Power] On April 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on April 21, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the official prison on February 15, 2017.

2. Between September 20, 2018 and September 29, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in an irregular manner between the Defendant and the Defendant’s administration of philophones.
