In the first instance court’s trial scope, the Plaintiff claimed additional compensation for each land of this case, ② compensation for the remaining land of each issue, ③ additional compensation for the obstacles to each land of this case, ④ compensation for the obstacles to each land of this case, ⑤ compensation for the obstacles to each land of this case, ⑤ compensation for the obstacles to Pyeongtaek-si F and G ground.

The first instance court, among the plaintiff's claims, rejected some of the above, ①, ③ claims, ②, ④, and ⑤ claims.

The defendant did not appeal against the judgment of the court of first instance. Since the plaintiff appealed against the judgment of the court of first instance only the above (2), (4), and (5) of the part against the judgment of the court of first instance, the scope of the judgment of this court is limited to the above (2), (4), and

The reasoning of the judgment of this court concerning the subject matter of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it shall be quoted in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure
