A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

As the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he/she shall not handle Metephographs (one philopopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

1. Receipt and sale of philophones;

A. At around 03:00 on January 2018, the Defendant received opphones from one person “C” (30 major male) within the numberless white spon vehicle operated by himself, which was parked on the street before the sponed spon of the trade name of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and received approximately 0.1g of opphones without compensation.

B. At the beginning of March 2018, the Defendant purchased 100,000 cash from G K5 car parked in the E’s alleyway located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, to F, on March 2018, using approximately 0.1g of philopon, which is contained in the one-time injection machine, to F, and purchased philopon.

2) On April 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased 100,000 cash from G K5 car parked in the street near the I church located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to F, using 0.1g philopon, which is 0.1g of philopon, which is contained in the G K5 car in the one-time injection machine.

3) On May 1, 2018, the Defendant purchased 100,000 cash from G K5 car parked in the street near the I church located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to F, using 0.1g philopon, which is 0.1g flopon and flopon on the part of F.

4) On May 19, 2018, at around 19:25, the Defendant purchased a penphone with approximately KRW 0.1g 0,000,000 in cash from the G K5 car with KW 606 from KMM to F, and purchased a penphone with approximately KRW 0.1g f.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On January 1, 2018, around 01:00, the Defendant administered a penphone in a manner of dilution 0.1g of philophones received in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan L, such as paragraph 1-A., by dilution with an energy link.

B. On March 1, 2018, the Defendant around 00:00 and around 00:0, at around 107 Dong 302, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
