A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person shall take in or inhale any chemical substance prescribed by Presidential Decree, which causes smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia, or possess for such purposes;
A. At around 18:00 on February 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased at the home of the Defendant, the Defendant, located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, in Seongdong-gu Seoul, the Defendant injected an industrial lusium containing lusent ingredients into a vinyl lusium; and (b) inhaled the lusent and coin in a lusium, in a way that would be easy to cover the lusent and cos.
B. At around 01:30 on February 4, 2019, the Defendant inhaled an industrial lux containing luluene, which is a hallucinogenic substance, in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, at the insular area below the Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju sib, Kimpo-si.
2. On February 3, 2019, at around 21:25, at the front of the Ecafeteria located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant discovered that the victim F left a commercial building at the time zone of the G SP car and entered the commercial building in order for the victim F to deliver it, as in the paragraph (a) of paragraph 1, at the front of the E-cafeteria located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant opened a door of the said car and moved into the driver's seat, and brought about the above car at the market price of 6 million won, the victim owned.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
3. On February 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a stolen motor vehicle in front of the I Station located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, such as Paragraph 1(b) in a inhaled state of hallucinogenic substances; (b) accessed the ice J of the Incheon Western Police Station and the patrol vehicle No. 42 operated by the Gyeongbu K, and (c) landed the driver’s seat window, and (d) saw the “Isk, Isk, Isk’s, Isk?”
Accordingly, the police officer asked the defendant of the patrol lane to stop the vehicle over several occasions, considering the suspicion of the above vehicle as a drinking vehicle.
