Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) in Anyang prison No. 7 Dong C, Anyang prison, which was in the way of 508, as the Sinyang-si, around 18:50 on March 23, 2016, committed assault against the Defendant, such as breaking up the victim’s d (42 Do) and frighting the victim’s head by cutting down the victim’s head in his arms, and breaking up the victim’s head with both hands.
