Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B are neighboring residents.

At around 21:50 on November 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the victim B (the 80-year-old)’s house located in Gyeonggi-si (the 21:50-year-old), on the ground that he was found to have connected wells to sell them from forest land owned by the victim and used them as a drinking water to prevent the victim from using them.

As a result, the defendant suffered from the injury of the NOS and the left-hand side of the 28th day of treatment by the victim.
