On April 11, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol 01:38, the Defendant driven Bho-do car over about 300 meters from the roads of the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocheon-dong Seocheon-gu, Seoul to the front roads of 57, Jin-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
