On May 26, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.137% of blood alcohol concentration on May 26, 2013, driven a BDap Motor Vehicle from around 500 meters to around 563, Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
