1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendant are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
The Plaintiffs, on January 2, 2012, concluded an employment contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant employment contract”) and worked as the guard of the dormitory operated by the Defendant and retired on January 1, 2014. The Plaintiffs are companies running casino, skiing ground, golf course, resort condominium, etc. in the middle-ro 265, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do.
The main contents of the instant employment contract are as follows.
Occupational categories: Commercial jobs: Provided, That the occupational categories may be changed in consideration of the defendant's needs for the operation of the company or the plaintiffs' aptitude and abilities.
Employment place: The working place of the plaintiffs shall be the head office, business place, individual business place, or nationwide branch of Gangseoland Co., Ltd. (Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Nowon-do), the defendant's business place, and the working place may be changed if the defendant's business needs arise.
Work hours: The plaintiffs shall, in principle, work 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week according to the defendant's working hours, but in extenuating circumstances, the defendant may issue an order for overtime work and holiday work with the consent of the plaintiffs.

Wages: The defendant shall pay the basic salary determined in consideration of the plaintiffs' duties, experience, etc. and various allowances under the company regulations.
The actual tax rate pay: 718,000 won (basic pay) is the amount applied from January 2, 2013 to January 1, 2014.
- - Extension allowance: - 600% of the amount calculated by adding 300,000 won to the basic monthly pay per year (per 50% on the payment date of monthly salary) - Performance bonus: The actual amount of retirement allowance, which shall be paid in accordance with the company regulations: The actual amount of service fees, such as casino, calculated by the company regulations at the time of service for at least one year: the defendant is the head of the office of the branch office of the Seoul Regional Labor Office on January 11, 2007 as of the head of the office of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
