1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A shall be KRW 236,931,228 and a rate of 20% per annum from November 13, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Korea Asset Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Asset Trust”) is a company that built the instant apartment in trust (hereinafter “instant apartment”) in order to sell it in lots from EAPD Co., Ltd.
