Criminal facts

1. On March 29, 2010, the Defendant, while staying in Thailand around March 2010, planned to bring in the Republic of Korea DNA, E, F, and psychotropic drugs, a psychotropic drug, even though he/she is not a person handling narcotics.

D on March 17, 2010, the “FF Roon Aviation” remitted 1,086,100 won to the “F’s national bank account in the name of return air fare for E and F, and around 14:41 of the same month, around 18:41 of the same month, the F returned 90,000 won to the “F’s national bank account,” and around 14:58 of the same day, the F returned 1,980,000 won from the said national bank’s account at the loyalty branch of the National Bank.

Afterward, at 10:05 on the 19th day of the same month, E and F depart from the Republic of Korea to the cocket airport located in Thailand through aviation, and F, on the 20th day of the same month, was introduced through the Defendant from the head office where the trade name in Thailand cannot be known through the Defendant, to purchase approximately 10 grams of 28,000 philopon from the Defendant, to purchase approximately 28,000 wlopon (an equivalent of KRW 1,00,000 in Chinese currency), and then delivered the above 2,00 wlopon to E.

On March 25, 2010, the Defendant purchased approximately 10 gramphonephones from the above Sung-Son G to approximately 28,000 gramphones, and f around that time, sent them to F.
