Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On August 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud in this court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 31, 2016.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is the owner of Bone Starsch Rexroth 9, a magnetic passenger vehicle.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, the suspect operated the car on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation by operating an automobile which is not mandatory insurance on the road.

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
