Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, around August 6, 2015, the Defendant operated a B-free car on the front of the Jung-gu Juvenile Training Center located in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Dong Dong) without purchasing a mandatory insurance policy.
