A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2007, at the Seoul Central District Court, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on June 19, 2007. On December 10, 2008, at the Seoul Central District Court on December 10, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 1 year for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on April 7, 201.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a passenger car by borrowing B.

1.
