1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaged in driving a gallon car.

On March 7, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license on March 7, 2015, and got the front of the E Department Store D located in the YYD, from the direction of the Mona Police Station.

Since there is no distinction between a roadway and a sidewalk, in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving safely after checking whether there is a pedestrian by checking the front, rear, and left and right of the driver.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and got the victim into the ground by taking the right knee part of the victim F (the age of 82) who crosses the road on the front side of the vehicle of the defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as flaging flaging flaging flaging, which requires approximately 14 weeks of treatment due to the above occupational negligence.

2. No person who violates the Road Traffic Act and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, around 06:40 on March 7, 2015, the Defendant operated a car with a gallon that was owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 10 km section in front of the Defendant’s house located in YY G to E department stores located in the same Gun E department store in the same Gun.
