A is a person operating CA's business affairs, Defendant B's business affairs, and Defendant B is a person operating Drenk (Sksan B's offline). 2. On February 4, 2018, around 15:51, 2018, Defendant B heard the conversations of police officers belonging to the Dasan Police Station on the occurrence of traffic accidents and the on-site movement in the following manner from February 2016 to February 8, 2018, using electricity created by the Dosan Police Station, which is used by the Dosan Police Station purchased at the Internetless Electric Sales Site, and using electricity, which is used by the Dosan Police Station purchased at the Internetless Sales Site on February 2, 2016.
Accordingly, the defendant uses the electronic device without the consent of the parties to the sound of the communication.
