A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2020, from around 21:54 to 22:18, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (tentative name, inn, 27 years old) and the victim E (the age of 25 years old) who had performed drinking in the table table at the time when the Defendant was sexually drinking at the “C” parking lot located in Gunsan City B; (b) discovered the victim D (tentative name, inn, 27 years old) and the victim E (the age of 25 years old); (c) laid down the sexual organ so that the victims can be seen; and (d) committed an act of self-defense such as shaking by hand. From around 22:23 to 22:49 on the same day, the Defendant continuously discovered the victims of drinking alcohol at the same place from the window to 22:49 on the same day, carried the bucker by the same method, and then dumping it by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
