Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 6, 2015, at around 08:46, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by putting an employee E (n, 19 years old) working at the convenience store at the front of the D convenience store, seeing the above employees E (n, f, 19 years old), cutting off and cutting off the sexual organ by hand, and scaming off, etc.

2. On February 22, 2016, at around 01:30, the Defendant openly obscenity committed an obscene act by putting an employee I (n, 21 years of age) working at the G hospital located in Kimhae-siF at the front of the H convenience store in front of the G Hospital, and by getting off his/her sexual organ with his/her hand and cutting off his/her boom, etc.

3. On March 2, 2016, at around 03:20 on March 2, 2016, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by viewing the employees I (n, 21 years old), who work at the above convenience store, and brushing a brush by hand, and brushing a sexual organ by hand, etc.

4. On March 31, 2016, at around 04:58, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by putting an employee I (or 21 years of age) working at the above convenience store at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (2), seeing that he was fluencing, cutting down, and cutting down his sexual organ by hand, and then salkeing, etc.

5.
