1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,542,860 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 19, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the complaint in this case to the day of full payment, shall be recognized, and the portion of the claim in excess shall be dismissed.
