1. The Defendant’s KRW 66,108,830 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 66% per annum from October 31, 2016 to August 20, 2019.

As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, only recognize damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the instant payment order to the day of full payment, and the excess portion of the claim is dismissed.
