A Imprisonment for eight months, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 3,00,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance thereof by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting.

On June 2014, the Defendants were to operate the sports earth site at the same time, and Defendant A was willing to manage the whole site of the sports earth site, and Defendant B and C, as an employee, to enter the distribution schedule as well as the Internet banking business.

The Defendants, according to the foregoing conspiracy from June 16, 2014 to August 22, 2014, at the 913th office of the building D (Seoul-gun), installed two computers from the 16th to the 913th office of the former Yong-Gun, and had many unspecified members take money by predicting the results of the games in the form of domestic or foreign axis, farming-gu games, etc., using E site, and allowing them to take money from a large number of unspecified members and play money in the form of social games, and then accurately predicted the results of the games. The Defendants paid money to the members who accurately predicted the results of the games according to the ratio of the betting amount to the distribution rate of the betting amount. After receiving money from the members through the new bank account in the F’s name during the above period, they exchanged the amount of money to the members who correctly predicted the results of the games through G’s account in accordance with the distribution rate of dividends.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit similar acts to the issuance of sports betting tickets.
