1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and entrusted business entities, may issue sports betting tickets or similar.

Nevertheless, around May 2013, the Defendants opened and operated a private sports entertainment entertainment site and agreed to set up a private sports sports sports entertainment site site in the name of "D" to set up KRW 2.5 million at the cost of opening a site to C, which is an illegal gambling site developer through the mental Internet, and KRW 1.5 million at the expense of every month.

After that, from May 2013 to October 2013, the Defendants received 229,868,634 won in total by allowing the site members to deposit money into Defendant B’s corporate bank account (E), Defendant A’s name trust account (F), and national bank account (G) and selling the betting result. From May 2013 to around October 2013, the Defendants paid money according to the dividend rate, and operated the said website by using the amount of money betting by the members who did not know the result of the games as the profits of the Defendants.

Accordingly, in collusion with C, the Defendants issued similar things to the sports betting tickets and provided property or financial benefits to persons who win the betting.
