A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On November 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the main branch of the Chuncheon District Court on October 2014, and the said judgment was finalized on November 26, 2014. On June 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. and two million won of fine on July 8, 2015.

1. On March 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed robbery of a lower-time structure; (b) on March 22, 2014, around 22:00, at the warehouse managed by the Victim C of Macheon-si; and (c) invaded by open doors and stolen 5 Madjus, etc., who were in the cooling.

4. Crimes committed on October 17, 2014 (special larceny and violation of the Road Traffic Act).

A. On October 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on October 17, 2014, along with E, K, and L, led the Defendant and L to the seat of the Victim N; (b) E, the Defendant and L, the victim’s non-registered 50cc stacks, and the Defendant led K to the back.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property jointly with the above E, K, and L.

B. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free License) driving of the Defendant, without a driver’s license, at a section of about 500 meters from the above date and time, from the above place to the front road of 500 meters from the 1st Do-dong 1-dong Do-dong 51-dong 1.
