On July 17, 2014, at around 05:30, the Defendant driven a car of approximately 10 meters from the back-line of the 60-lane in the Gui-si Mari-si Mari-si Mari-si Mari-si Mari-si Mari-si, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.291%.
