1. Defendant L constitutes a payment agreement on April 20, 1994 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

1. The following facts are, without dispute between the parties, acknowledged in full view of the arguments as a result of the commission of surveying and appraisal to the head of the High interest branch of the Korea National Land Information Corporation, or as a result of the commission of surveying and appraisal to the head of the High interest branch of the Korea National Land Information Corporation.

A. On March 23, 1981, the process of dividing the ownership of PP land 12,496 square meters (hereinafter “P land before division”) and the process of changing ownership of P land before division is completed on May 30, 1973 pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3094 of Dec. 31, 197, invalidation), P land before division was divided on September 3, 1998 (hereinafter “P land after division”), 8,095 square meters (hereinafter “P land after division”), R forest land 4,238 square meters (hereinafter “R land”) and 163 square meters of forest land (attached Form 1), and 163 square meters of forest land before division. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 198, 198.

3) After dividing on October 11, 2007, Defendant N completed the registration of ownership transfer for P land on the ground of sale on January 10, 1995 pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 7500 of May 26, 2005, invalidation), Defendant M completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 5, 2007 to Defendant M. on November 7, 2007. Meanwhile, Defendant M owned the ownership of 260 square meters of land T& 260 square meters (hereinafter “former T land”). Since dividing into P land and the previous land on June 17, 2008, each of the said land was divided into 8,355 square meters of forests and fields in Seoul-gun.

(B) The portion of P land after division is the real estate listed in the [Attachment 2] list.

The ownership change and division process of 4,175 square meters prior to U.S. 4,175 square meters prior to the division (hereinafter “U.S. land prior to the division”) are as to the U’s land prior to the division on July 30, 1980.
