1. The claims of the plaintiff (appointed) and the Appointor I are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Plaintiff (Appointed Party).
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the plaintiff et al. and the defendants and the defendant, and the family head change reasons for K 1) K were 6 South Korea (L, M, N,O, P, and Q) as co-ship between the plaintiff et al. and the defendants. Over South Korea L [R] is a mixed person born between K and S, and the remaining M (T life) was born between K and U, and died on February 16, 194 (fire 19 years). U died on April 11, 1943 (LL 18 years). U’s family register was cancelled by the permission of entry at the Busan District Court on December 7, 1973.
